This work typically involves six weeks of in-home support including nourishment, bodywork, lactation support, and infant education. As your postpartum doula, my role is to nurture both your emotional and physical well-being, ensuring you are equipped to care for your baby from a place of calm and grounded strength. As your built-in IBCLC, we’ll establish your feeding plan before baby arrives, and I’ll provide ongoing, in-home lactation support to answer every question and help you adapt your plan as your needs evolve.

This offering is available in-person in Los Angeles and beyond.

Whether you are breast/chestfeeding or formula feeding, we support families across the country with a wide variety of lactation and feeding concerns.

You may be pregnant and wanting to talk about what to expect with feeding your infant, experiencing pain with latching, or looking to start pumping and bottle feeding. No matter the question, we are here to get to the root of your concerns and help you establish a feeding plan that works for your family.
