Feeding your baby is a learning process for everyone involved. Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding or combining the two, I am here to provide steady, evidence-based support that’s centered around your goals so that you feel informed, confident and connected as you navigate the highs and lows of feeding your baby.

Prenatal Preparation

Includes:

  • Understanding how your body produces milk

  • Reviewing your health history and how that may impact breastfeeding

  • Breast/chest assessment

  • Getting fitted for + understanding when and how to use your pump

  • What to expect in the first hours and days

  • How to latch and position your baby

  • Understanding your nutritional needs

  • Preparing your home + partner for feeding support

  • A personalized feeding plan based on your goals and values

  • Building self-trust before baby is in your arms

Why it matters:
Laying the groundwork prenatally brings clarity, reduces overwhelm and ensures feeding begins from an informed, supported place. It also allows us to build a trusting relationship before baby arrives so if questions or challenges come up, you already know exactly who to call and what to expect.
